    Simple answer-No. When you purchase your insurance policy you agree to allow your insurance company to defend any claims you may be liable for. In doing so, the insurance company shall use their best professional judgment and protect you. It doesn't really matter if they pay $1 or $100,000 your insurance company will use this claim to likely raise your insurance premiums.
