In February 2011, I was stopped by two Tampa Police officers walking around Hyde Park. I had a Miller Lite, open. Apparently if you're not on Bayshore Blvd, during Gasparilla, this is illegal (just FYI). Instead of doing the right thing and informing me, I was thereafter considered a "criminal" for walking to S Howard while consuming a beer. Mr. Paulk worked for TEN MONTHS convincing the state attorney of the Tampa Police's corruption and deceit, ultimately resulting in victory. I recommend Mr. Paulk to anyone who wants to win their case and remain informed throughout the entire process.
