About me

Thirty years' experience as a practicing lawyer with a focus on resolving business and Exceptional Student Education disputes through informal means, mediation, or litigation, as appropriate. Litigated matters in state trial courts, before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings and in all three federal district courts in Florida. Commercial real estate transactions representing sellers, buyers, and developers, including affordable housing and community development projects involving multiple layers of hard and soft financing.

  • Defense of state and federal fair housing act investigations and claims, including those brought by U.S. Department of HUD, the Florida Commission on Human Relations, and Miami-Dade County. 

  • Defense of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) litigation in federal court on behalf of commercial property owners.

  • Representation of private sector employers in employment litigation matters.

  • Prosecution and defense of business collection matters.
