from New Jersey, in a small town along the Jersey Shore, Tim McCabe moved to
Florida with his wife, Donna, over 17 years ago. With three lovely daughters, they have dedicated their lives
to raising their family and being active members of the community with which
they live. Tim enjoys all of
Florida’s natural luxuries, mostly fulfilling his passion for fishing along the
coastal waters. In his spare time,
he is a Parishioner at St. Jude’s Roman Catholic Church in Boca Raton.

He graduated from The College of Holy Cross, Magna Cum Laude and received his J.D.
from Rutgers University. Being both a member of the New Jersey Bar since 1984
and admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990, Tim began assisting clients in the
realm of personal injury law, protecting people from the negligence of
1993, he became the partner of McCabe & Samiljan, LLC. Over the years, Tim
turned to real estate law, helping others attain the American Dream that he
believes in with all his heart.
Through these difficult economic times, Tim’s anger for the financial
straits the government and banks have inflicted upon the American people has
driven him to lead the defensive fight against foreclosure.
