Class and individual actions arising from violations of federal and state securities anti-fraud statutes; prosecuting and defending claims in arbitration arising from alleged broker misconduct; defending individuals and entities in SEC and other regulatory investigations; providing public companies with advice on compliance with federal and state securities laws and regulations and rendering opinion letters to public companies based on analysis and investigation of particular situations.

Advice, litigation and negotiation in connection with individual and business contracts, including employment contracts, vendor and supplier contracts and any type of contract involving financial, property or the provision of specific services.
