Scott D Devore is one of the best of the best attorney not only in State of Florida but in the entire country if it comes to immigration. The reason that I said that was he proved to my wife and I how professionalism he is. Last January 2009 I have been put in removal proceedings by the DHL. My wife and I spent over two weeks to look for a good attorney to hire from Michigan to Florida. We don't even know how much money we spent in consultation with no satisfaction before we hired Scott. Since the first day, he treated us with respect and explained to us what the problem was and how to solve it. Something that most of the attorneys that we visited were not able to do. To make the story short, the same day we met with Scott he started to work very hard on our case not only to save us time for the processing but also money. When I consulted other lawyers, they told me it will take a minimum of 2 and half year. Guys, Scott solved my problem in less that 6 months, I said 6 months from removal proceeding to Green card holder today. This is less the time that usually people adjust their status to permanent resident if everything is good in their file. Remember just to deal with removal proceeding, it can take years. They are a lot of immigration lawyers all over the country however to choose the best one is another question. I have been in removal before and I know how pain it is to wake up everyday thinking that someone will make a decision and seperate you from your family. Your family is everything for you. That is why I suggest you if you have any immigration issue or question, please don't hesitate to consult Scott because he is the one. He knows to find the way to save you money and time with good result because he knows immigration laws.

I will absolutely recommend him to anyone I know. My husband received an order of deportation some time ago. We tried to get help from a few attorneys, who told us that they would be unable to help us. We found one who gave us assurance that he would be able to help us and made it seem like it would be a walk in the park. Needless to say he was a complete scam; he took our money and the case went down hill from there. We then came across Mr. Devore who turned the case around and the order was terminated. He is not only knowledgeable and vigilant, but also a true professional. He is always available to give clients update; if he is busy when you call, he will return your call promptly. Let's say, you do not communicate through a middleman. I must say that he saved my family.

I can't say enough about this law firm's professionalism and well-deserved reputation. After getting married, I got my temporary residency/green card. Even though I divorced for reasons beyond my control, INS denied my permanent residency application. After numerous failed attempts to prove my case, I realized that I'd never get results myself. After three initial consultations with other immigration lawyers in the Palm Beach area, I was very doubtful that any lawyer would get results.

Thus he will tell you what action you have to take to come to a good conclusion of your case. He is available to you for any additional questions you have. More importantly Scott will update you of your case. When you have a meeting with him, he will ask your questions clearly with respect and no rush. I mention no rush. He is available to you all the time. Your phone calls will be returns as soon as he gets them. When you retain him, you did not hire one lawyer, you hire a group of professionals lawyers, paralegals, secretaries to assist you in your case. He will do the best he can to reduce you the costs. Scott is fair and honest with you. He will treat you not only a client but like a friend to him. He will make you feel confortable at any time. He will give approximatively the timeline for your case to resolve. There is a lot of positive things that I can say about Scott. HE IS JUST THE BEST. You will never regret when you hire him.
