Please make sure your friends go to a doctor immediately and then you (and your friends) should contact a personal injury attorney in the state where the accident occurred. If the truck was a commercial vehicle there could be multiple people from the company at fault (driver, owner of the company, etc). If it was a personal vehicle, the driver's insurance company is still liable to pay for the damages to your car and to pay the medical expenses for your friends....
