Description: I was construction and mini-permanent loan counsel to the borrower - developer of this five-star, hotel, condominium, and interval ownership project at Fort Lauderdale Beach. The financing consisted of a $118,000,000 package of construction, take-out, and mezzanine loans, and took eight months to close. The project is now complete and operating.
