Jeffrey Mal Fenster

A bi-lingual, third generation Floridian, Jeffrey M. Fenster is a preeminent Florida Trial Lawyer specializing in personal injury litigation, including catastrophic automobile negligence claims, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability and wrongful death. For over 30 years, Mr. Fenster has successfully negotiated and tried multiple million dollar claims for victims of accidental injuries. He has served as the President of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association and Vice Chairman of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
