You can file a claim in Florida for the damages to the vehicle and for your personal injuries. There may be some limitations on the amount of damages based on the policy of insurance that the driver had on the car. He/She may have their own insurance or you may be stuck going after the limits against the rental car company.

You can attempt to get the bills reduced. Sometimes, we have been successful in having the Court determine an equitable way to divide the limited proceeds. Your attorney should be able to help with that. Good luck.

You need to get a second medical opinion as soon as possible. You shouldn't wait.
You may be responsible as the owner of the motor vehicle for damages not covered by the occupants' own insurance for medical bills (PIP or No Fault Ins) and your daughter's coverage, if it is too minimal. You should speak with an attorney that can review the documents, including all the insurance policies, to see what coverages and defenses are available to you for this claim. Hopefully, the damages are not that significant and there will be ample coverage for the claims. Best of luck.
It is difficult to evaluate your case without reviewing all the facts. It might be best to meet with your lawyer and discuss the good and bad points of your case and find out if he/she believes that the case is worth more than the current offer. If you do not get a satisfactory response, you may want to consult with another attorney that is experienced with Walmart cases. Good luck.
Your story is typical for folks that are making claims after a slip and fall at a store. You should retain an attorney as soon as possible. The insurance company does not want to help you so you need to do the best to protect your family. Good luck!
If you are being blamed for the accident and you do not feel that you are at fault, you can hire an attorney to defend you against any claims that her insurance company may make against you. Furthermore, you may be able to make a claim against her company for any damages that you have to your car. Obviously, they may deny the claim if they feel their insured is not at fault. You should contact a local attorney to help. Good luck!
You should contact a personal injury attorney in your area for a consultation. He/She would be able to best give you some advice. Good luck.
I would guess the Court would not dismiss the case because the license was expired at the time of the crash. I do believe it may help to show the Court that immediately after being informed of the expired license, you renewed it-especially if you have a clean record. I would speak with a lawyer that handles traffic/license issues in your area for the best advice. Good luck!
Yes. Obviously, they may have some defenses to your claim but you should contact a personal injury lawyer as soon as possible. Good luck!
