The jails keep records of who signs in and they have video for surveillance. This is mainly for safety reasons and for statistical purposes. But they don't publish the information for the whole world to see like during the month of June 2012 Jone Doe, John Smith, Royce Bishop, Mary Anne, Juan Carlos all visited. EVEN if they did an employer is not going to ask who did you visit in jail? I mean what if my dad is in jail? Does that make me guilty too so I should not get a job? This would be...

The state attorney will probably prosecute you. They will decide to charge you as an adult or a minor. Claire's will want you to pay them even if they got the earing back. Claire's may not want to press charges, but they probably will. If Claire's wants to press charges then the State Attorney will file charges to prosecute you, you will have an arraginment where you go to court and plead guilty or not guilty or the State attorney many offer you a "deal" right then and there. You can hire a...

Getting a public intoxication charge in your own driveway sounds like bs to me, unless you were walking around naked screaming and falling down. If you have a criminal charge you need to hire an attorney or contact the Dept. of Public Advocacy which is what they call the public defender in other states for legal help. Too bad you don't have the money to sue him for tresspassing, the judge probably would not go for it, but that would be fun.

Who is we? Do you already have an attorney? If you do, and the ASA is offering no jail time, you should be talking to your attorney. If you don't have an attorney, you need to sit down with one and decide if you want to take the offer (unless I'm missing something, sounds very good) OR if you want to roll the dice and go for a dismissal, illegal stop, or even trial. You already know this, but as a reminder, the worst part of DUI's is not the jail time--that does not happen often on first DUI...

First, I would look into whether or not the judgment and sale is legitimate. I have a client who should have never had a judgment in the first place. I hope the judge agrees with me. He should agree with me. Second, FL is debtor friendly, but that does not mean everyone is bulletproof. The bank could only go after personal assets, not assets of the restaurant/corporation. Once money leaves the corporation and goes into mom's and dad's hands or mom's and dad's bank account, it is subject to...

Probably not, just because several different kinds of devices would be more difficult to monitor, maintain, evaluate. State Government get offers from companies that make law enforcement related equipment, just like the military gets offers from military contractors for everything from uniforms, to ammunition, to fighter jets, but this device is very specific for a specific thing, so I doubt there are many choices at all. I would not count on them to find you a device. You might be able to look...

You should call your bankruptcy attorney or get one. Either the HOA was not included in the Chapter 13 or you have not been making payments; or there is a mistake somewhere.

If you were going to get a notice to appear in court (a summons--you have to go) then it should have been given to you at Publix when the police game--normally. But you could get one in the mail. If you get charged with a misdemeanor and you don't want to fight the charges, they have a program where you pay for theft counseling and the court costs--basically jump through hoops and then the State Attorney (prosecutor) would drop the charges. After all that, you can get the the court record...
