  • In Florida, does a Final Judgment of Foreclosure release me from owing the property?

    Royce’s Answer

You would not own the property anymore, but you could be liable for the difference between what is owed on the property and what it is sold at a foreclosure sale.

  • Is there another device besides the interlock system for dui conviction. I drive multiple vehicles for work.

I have not been convicted as of now due to a continuance.. They did the continuance so the prosecution could find a device for someone like me that drive multiple vehicles during work to include a company sales car, box truck for deliveries and a...

    Royce’s Answer

Probably not, just because several different kinds of devices would be more difficult to monitor, maintain, evaluate. State Government get offers from companies that make law enforcement related equipment, just like the military gets offers from military contractors for everything from uniforms, to ammunition, to fighter jets, but this device is very specific for a specific thing, so I doubt there are many choices at all. I would not count on them to find you a device. You might be able to look at more progressive states like New York and California and see if they have something that could run on multiple vehicles, but my gut feeling is that you would have to have a device for every vehicle you drive.

Record her and kids on video on your telephone. It may not be admissible in court, but she does not know that. I liked the answer from the other attorney. Do all of those things. She is one of those people that you are "damned if you do, and damned if you don't." She is dangerous if you are nice to her and dangerous if you do anything to her. Need to be careful around her and watch your backs and your property and cars. She is a bully and may be all talk, but be careful just in case. I hate cases like this because I can't tell you to sit their and take it, but I'm afraid what she will do if you do take legal action. Get a notepad or a notebook and write everything she does day and time.

Not allowed to give you advice if you have a attorney. You need to talk to them. I really don't understand how the nursing home got involved. If you are saying you never had access to your home, so you could not have stolen someone's id with your computer, that is a darn good defense.
