How will the Treasury Department know to stop intercepting my tax refund for USDA home loan foreclosure? Bankruptcy discharged!

The Philadelphia address for the IRS is: Internal Revenue Services 2970 Market Street Mail Stop 5-Q30.133 Philadelphia, PA 19104-5016 I suggest you mail them a copy of your Discharge of Debtor order by certified mail, return receipt requested. When you get your return receipt back, call the IRS at 800-829-1040 and confirm that they are showing receipt of a copy of your discharge on your record. BUT WAIT, you are NOT done yet! Do the same thing with the USDA. I am not 100%...

You can determine this by checking the status of the foreclosure at following link: http://www2.miami-dadeclerk.com/Civil/Search.aspx Simply enter the landlord's name in the "party" field, and hit enter.
