The State Attorney's Office can always reconsider charges. Charges can be reduced, enhanced or even dropped if additional information is brought to their attention. Sometimes after depositions are taken or the evidence is tested, the state if forced by law to reduce the charges. Good luck.

You can go to www.flsenate.gov/statutes to review child support guidelines that are found in Section 61.30. As to your first question, as long as she is pursuing a legitimate career upgarde, the courts are unlikely to decrease your child support obligations and could, in fact, increase it.
