Since, you are the victim you have an option to file for a domestic violence injunction which would preclude the person who was arrested from having any contact with you. I agree with Michael. However, if your house arrest officer is amenable they can give you permission to go and see him. But the best way to be able to visit would be to get a court order from your judge granting permission. If you have a lawyer I would ask them to put the case in front of the judge. The judge may allow you to visit your boyfriend once a week.
