I am a licensed FL attorney specializing in divorce law. You should consult an attorney so that you can more clearly understand your rights as it relates to your family obligations. Although I do not have all of the facts, as for the house, it would not be possible to sell the house without your consent, signatures, etc.
You cannot respond to a divorce petition through a website. You would need to file a written response to preserve your rights. It seems as if you do not have much time left to respond. I am an attorney in the Miami area. I am concerned because It seems like you do not have an understanding of your rights. Simply, you have the right to a divorce with or without your husbands consent. During the divorce or after the divorce if your husband does not want to spend time with his daughter, that is his right. The law does not require parents to spend time with their children. However, the law does require the payment of child support.
