Yes you can apply for early termination of supervised release. If you have not had any problems or violations and you have sucessfully completed at least half, in your case three quarters most Federal Judges will generally grant this motion. Frank A Rubino

You would have to report this to ICE. If they felt that the violation was serious enough they would conduct an investigation and then they would decide if they wanted the United States Attorneys office to prosecute the crime. The case would again be reviewed by the United States Attorneys office to see if they wanted to prosecute it. This is a small violation of law and I doubt that they would be interested in prosecuting it, as they have so many complaints far more serious than this.
There is a limited time in which one can change or correct a deposition. If you answered that you could not remember, but since the time of the deposition you have now remembered the answer you should file complete the answer. You would not be changing your answer since at the depo you actually gave no answer. Changing an answer can be a very troublesome thing since you would obviously be challanged as to why you changed it,but in this case you just remembered the answer it would be the correct...
