Andrew Simmons Feldman

Mr. Feldman has defended individuals and business entities charged with or under investigation for a wide variety of economic crimes, including criminal tax violations, health care fraud, environmental crimes, insurance fraud , complex criminal conspiracies, bribery, money laundering, "structuring," drug trafficking, pharmaceutical diversion, violations of the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, and violations of the Food Drug and Cosmetics Act ("misbranding"). 

Mr, Feldman has also handled criminal and civil asset forfeiture matters and has represented clients in grand jury investigations and proceedings and has experience in complex civil litigation including fraud litigation, False Claims ACt litigation, fraudulent transfers, Section 1983 litigation, FINRA matters, and tax litigation.
