Nathaniel Flinchbaugh was born in Tacoma, Washington. He was raised and schooled in Crestview, Florida. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Flinchbaugh completed his Juris Doctorate at Nova Southeastern University- Shepard Broad Law Center in Davie, Florida.
During law school, Mr. Flinchbaugh volunteered over 300 hours as a judicial intern in the Misdemeanor Drug Court Program of Broward County. He was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, the Nova Trial Association, and served one term as a 5th Circuit Lieutenant Governor for member benefits in the Student Division of the American Bar Association.
After law school, Mr. Flinchbaugh found the traditional law office would not allow the flexibility necessary to provide excellent client service. It was at that point he decided to open his own firm, so he could provide the level of service he believed clients deserved.
Mr. Flinchbaugh is married to his wife of 10 years, Meghann. They have two children, Kyan and Kyle. The family resides in Miramar, Florida.
