  2. If an asylum applicant can apply for a work permit after 150 days, can the derivative spouse on the application do so as well?

    Yea, Any riders on the application (ex. spouse) are eligible to apply for a work permit as long as the clock has not stopped and you have reached 150 days with a pending asylum application.
