I based my hiring of Mr. Cohen on his client reviews posted on-line. I was accused of a felony offense that I categorically denied. Mr. Cohen was very thorough in his investigation of my case and represented my interests very well. He was able to negotiate my case and I am very pleased with the final outcome. I believe that his past work in the prosecutors office and his positive relationship with the State's attorneys proved to be an invaluable asset to resolving my case. I interviewed several attorneys before hiring Mr Cohen and found his his fees were extremely reasonable compared to other attorneys. The only minor negative issue was that I had was difficulty with direct telephone communications with him early in the case. Some of my urgent phone calls were not returned promptly. However, when this became a problem, he met with me and we were able to resolve this communication issue without further difficulty. Mr. Cohen was extremely prompt in returning emails and the majority of our communication was done successfully via email. Mr. Cohen's professional abilities and personal demeanor were reassuring during a stressful time. He aggressively resolved my case with a good outcome. I have no reservations in highly recommended him as an effective attorney.

My brother got a 5th DUI and then got stopped for driving on suspended license. He was taken to jail and could not get a bond. After fooling around for 62 days with the Public Defenders Office,(which they did nothing ) I contacted Mr. Cohen. He listened to me and told me exactly what he could do...get my brother out of jail (he got a bond set within 5 days) and had the felony reduced to a misdemeanor. His office staff is very nice, helpful and caring. The fee I was charged was very reasonable. I highly recommend Mr. Cohen.

When I found out I was being investigated by the federal government I spoke to 5-6 attorneys to get advice. A co-worker referred me to Corey Cohen and I went to see him. I was put at ease when talking with him and his associate and knew I could trust them with my case. While Mr. Cohen is young and very nice in person once in court he was very aggressive and took control of the courtroom. He was able to get my serious federal case dismissed against me and I owe him my life for that.

I feel that I was falsely targeted by the federal government for something that happened at a business I was working at. I did not know the scoop of what was going on there. Corey met with the federal state attorney numerous times on my behalf.

It seems that Corey was always in court when I would call his office, but his staff was very friendly and would always answer my questions. If I would email Corey he would respond within a few minutes and would always return any calls when he got back from court. I was falsely arrested for something in Seminole County and hired Corey Cohen. He understood that I insisted on my innocence and did not try to get me to plea out to something I did not do. He was able to gather enough evidence to show the state prosecutor and get my case dropped right before the trial date. I was very pleased with his hard work and will refer him to anyone who needs a lawyer.

We used this attorney for our son's DUI in Orange County, FL. He was very reasonable with payment plans and what we put down. I shelled out $1,500 because my youngest son was in trouble over some bogus charges. Now six weeks later I can't for the life of me determine what exactly I got for my money. It seems that Mr Cohen took my money and did ... NOTHING. The things he told me on the phone that he would do (before I paid him) did not reconcile with the actions (or non-actions) he took AFTER my payment was made! If you're looking for someone to take your case...keep looking. This guy is a complete rip off.
