Anything can happen. From absolutely nothing, to your arrest to a search warrant of your house, etc. Be very careful talking to anyone as they can twist your words and in some circumstances even use your pre-arrest, pre-Miranda silence against you. Be careful and consult with an experienced criminal lawyer in your area if you are being investigated for a crime. Good luck.
You could be arrested, nSee question
to begin with I have already consulted a few attorney, and some have already mentioned that I can get the case evidence suppressed because of a "bad stop ",but there is no guarantee for a complete case dismissal because some judges can do whatever...
There is no right or wrong answer. If you want a complete dismissal then do DUI PTD--if you are eligible and if the prosecutor will refer your case. It's a guaranteed dismissal and you can expunge your record. If you don't want to do anything at all then fight it. Know that if you fight it, it is not a guaranteed dismissal. This is not a lawyer question. This is a client questions. Good luck.See question

Yes. You can be impeached if you testify. The crime won't score if you've been clean for 10 years. That's more important. Good luck.See question

Convicted felon for fleeing and battery
No. You're in misdemeanor court and you can receive no jail time, 365 days or anything in between if convicted. Different than felony court. Good luck! Bryce FetterSee question
and was wodnering if I can goto the gym with the hardship license? I think its party of keeping me health,y and i thought you can do it and drive for medical reasons?
I would not drive to the gym without a doctor's note saying that it was medically necessary. Dancing is healthy but you can't drive to the night club to dance. Good luck. Bryce FetterSee question
Was arrested for driving without a license, coke, weed, paraphernalia and a gun. Before I left the jail someone there called my job and I was fired. Is the jail allowed to call your job to self report for you?
I have no idea why the jail would call your job but it is not against the law. Felony probation will contact your employer, but I've not heard of this before. People at the jail have too much to do. Try to find out who at the jail called. This doesn't make sense. More likely someone that knew you found out about your arrest. Sorry about this. Bryce FetterSee question

Not if they find out about your old PTD case. Orange County does not allow a prior PTD disposition. neither does Seminole. Good luck. Bryce FetterSee question

Depends on what you violated for. I hope you get a bond. Make arrangements with an attorney and turn yourself in. That will help you out a bit and increase your chances of getting a bond if you are initially set on no-bond status. Good luck. Bryce FetterSee question

Yes, if you have no prior criminal history then you can seal your court file. Sealing and expungement are very similar. You would be eligible for a sealing. Good luck. Bryce Fetter.See question
