Description: Carl Icahn's wife had been unsuccessful in New York in overturning a prenuptial agreement with Carl that gave her nothing upon divorce from the billionare corporate raider. She moved to Connecticut and started a parallel action for divorce and to overturn the unconscionable pre-marital agreement. The threat of exposure to litigation in Connecticut resulted in a favorable settlement for Mrs. Icahn, my client.
