I have the pleasure of being represented by the firm on several different matters in the
past few years.
You will not find a more professional and compassionate firm. Attention to detail, always return hone calls, email. Always listen to new ideas. They are simply the best in every way
Chris Sprysenski helped our organization evaluate and finalize a 10-year multimillion dollar business contract. The deal involved our group, a government municipality and another Florida corporation, so there were many moving parts to this contract. His attention to detail allowed us to focus on the bigger aspects of the deal, while he ensured our interests were legally protected. In the end, together with attorney Dominick Salfi, we got the advice and guidance needed to bring the deal forward.
Chris Sprysenski is a very able and talented lawyer with strong business acumen and I highly recommend him.
I have used the firm of Salfi and Sprysenski for many years. Chris Sprysenski was instrumental in getting my foreclosure handled, and I could not imagine what we would have done without him. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable in the areas of foreclosure and short sales and he and his partner Dominick Salfi have handled numerous legal issues for me over the years. They have always handled my cases easily and now they handle my business accounts as well. I can't thank them, or recommend them, enough.
In 2010 I was laid off from my job and didn't know what I was going to do. I had previously gotten refinancing of my mortgage and it had escalated to the point where I could simply no longer make payments. I was frightened as to what was going to happen to me and my family. The lawyers here explained to me what was going to happen step-by-step and what would happen under most circumstances. I had imagine what was going to happen far worse than what was actually the reality. Once Chris laid out what was going to happen and what my choices of actions would be it all seemed much more doable. In the end I had a situation that I was happy with and was able to move on. I am very happy I found these lawyers.
This is my first real experience using a lawyer in this capacity and I just couldn't have done it without Chris' and Mr. Salfi's guidance. I lost a very dear family friend in 2012 and was executor of her estate and was unaware of all I had to deal with. Not only did Chris become a trusted friend to us, but a caring person and was so sensitive to our friend while she was still alive. He came to visit her several times in the hospital and when she was in the Hospice House. Chris was her lawyer prior. I just can't say enough good things about the office staff as well. They are so helpful when you call and make you feel very comfortable . Here we are a year later and Chris is still helping me with issues and he has certainly made a tough year a little easier for us. Thanks to Salfi Law! We will certainly reccommend you to our friends.
We had gone to Mr. Sprysenski for assistance with our foreclosure, in which the bank was threatening to evict us from our home. A real estate agent convinced us to Quit Claim our deed to them, which only made matters worse, and much more convoluted. Mr. Sprysenski stepped in and removed the Quit Claim immediately, and then worked with us to halt the foreclosure process. He was able to discover grievous errors in the way the bank had handled our mortgage, and forced the bank to produce evidence that they were conveniently forgetting to turn over. During this process the judge continued to find in favor of Mr. Sprysenski’s pleadings, and even awarded attorney’s fees twice. Mr. Sprysenski chose not to pursue the awarded attorney’s fees but instead used them as leverage to help us in our negotiations with the bank. He has kept us in our home during our struggles with the bank for nearly five years. Recently, I received a new job in another state and my family is financially on the mend. Mr. Sprysenski is still helping us as we work with a real estate agent to short sell the house. Needless to say, after nearly five years the bank is thrilled to simply get this off their books and so have been very congenial through the arduous task of the short sell. For the past few years my wife and I have recommended numerous people to Mr. Sprysenski’s firm, even now he is successfully protecting a family of our dearest friends from foreclosure not only on their home property but also from foreclosure on an investment property. He cares and is considerate, giving his time as if you were the most important client he has. If you are like us, you will find he becomes more than your attorney; he becomes like family.
I had a very distressing and complex foreclosure case and until i met Chris at Salfi Law i had virtiually given up on Attorneys. I wasted a lot of money with the first law firm and the second one that was recommended by the Florida Bar wanted a $10,000 retainer which i didnt have. Chris took on my case and from the outset i was really impressed with his proffessionalism and knowledge. He fought so hard against the bank that they ( the bank) had to get rid of their attorneys and hire a new law firm. He got me a result that i could never have envisaged. I will forever be grateful to Chris and Salfi Law and have recommended him to many friends and will never forget his skill and brilliance that has totally changed my life.
