Wonderful Attorney and a wonderful person.

I had a very distressing and complex foreclosure case and until i met Chris at Salfi Law i had virtiually given up on Attorneys. I wasted a lot of money with the first law firm and the second one that was recommended by the Florida Bar wanted a $10,000 retainer which i didnt have. Chris took on my case and from the outset i was really impressed with his proffessionalism and knowledge. He fought so hard against the bank that they ( the bank) had to get rid of their attorneys and hire a new law firm. He got me a result that i could never have envisaged. I will forever be grateful to Chris and Salfi Law and have recommended him to many friends and will never forget his skill and brilliance that has totally changed my life.
Our Family's Foreclosure Guardian

We had gone to Mr. Sprysenski for assistance with our foreclosure, in which the bank was threatening to evict us from our home. A real estate agent convinced us to Quit Claim our deed to them, which only made matters worse, and much more convoluted. Mr. Sprysenski stepped in and removed the Quit Claim immediately, and then worked with us to halt the foreclosure process. He was able to discover grievous errors in the way the bank had handled our mortgage, and forced the bank to produce evidence that they were conveniently forgetting to turn over. During this process the judge continued to find in favor of Mr. Sprysenski’s pleadings, and even awarded attorney’s fees twice. Mr. Sprysenski chose not to pursue the awarded attorney’s fees but instead used them as leverage to help us in our negotiations with the bank. He has kept us in our home during our struggles with the bank for nearly five years. Recently, I received a new job in another state and my family is financially on the mend. Mr. Sprysenski is still helping us as we work with a real estate agent to short sell the house. Needless to say, after nearly five years the bank is thrilled to simply get this off their books and so have been very congenial through the arduous task of the short sell. For the past few years my wife and I have recommended numerous people to Mr. Sprysenski’s firm, even now he is successfully protecting a family of our dearest friends from foreclosure not only on their home property but also from foreclosure on an investment property. He cares and is considerate, giving his time as if you were the most important client he has. If you are like us, you will find he becomes more than your attorney; he becomes like family.
