Most of my practice is centered around issues involving Medicaid eligibility and Medicaid planning and Veterans Benefits.

I handle all types of probate matters including summary administration and formal administration. In addition, I have handled a number of ancillary administration issues presented to me by other attorneys who need the assistance of a Florida attorney.

I have had the luxury of learning estate planning while employed in a bank in Ohio. I am recognized as a Certified Trust and Estate Planner by the American Academy of Financial Management. While most of my work has been using revocable living trusts to avoid probate, I am also well versed in irrevocable trusts (life insurance) of many different types. I, also, work in the areas of charitable trusts and private foundations and asset protection planning including business set ups.
