Mr. Bauer, took on "BIG CORPORATION" and we won! Insurance company was not reimbursing us as agreed, we discussed our issues with Mr. Bauer and he felt confident that he could assist us in being reimbursed for past expenses but also pave the way for future coverage without hassle. He did just that. Mr. Bauer and his staff are all very professional and I would not hestiate to recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Bauer help out when we could find anyone interested in our case. We had everyone coming at us from every direction but no one wanted to help us. Mr. Bauer made the Judge look at our side of the story and help us get our life back on track. He was a little difficult to get in touch with some time, but someone from his office always handled our problems.

Robert W. Bauer represented me in a civil matter. I paid him over $19,000. He dropped the case when it became to difficult. Mr. Bauer has weak legal knowledge and ability, and his attention to detail is awful. He filed things late in my case which had major negative consequences. Mr. Bauer tried to cut corners and hurt my case. He is inexperienced and it shows. He must stop and research things constantly, things that more experienced lawyers know. This adds to the cost of representation. When problems arise, Mr. Bauer puts his interests ahead of his clients. Mr. Bauer did not return my files after he dropped my case. He bills for everything, down to every document filed by a secretary. When bills contain errors it takes forever to correct. Employee turnover in his office is high. His support staff is young and inexperienced, and some have no legal training at all. Mr. Bauer became a lawyer late in life, in 2005. I would never use Mr. Bauer again. He is awful.
