I want to sue this man for mistrial, if you had trouble please contact me at fashia2000@yahoo.com. I more than possitive he will have had many problems. What I found today on record for my child daughter at the time is not what is on the paper ihave. He didn't know how to even do his job. I paid money to have a innocent life runined. There are bad ppl inthe world, and when the bad ppl get away with anything verses the good, there is major unjustice.

He was the attorney for my daughter when she was charged for kidnapping when visiting a friend, and the parents of the other girl set it up. He didn't know how to handle it, and ask other attorneys what to do. At my daughters cost to career, and future on a innocent dispute of a friend being abused, and her going to help her. She was charged with kidnapping at just barly 18. She had never been in trouble before. Tom said this should not hurt her by time we finished, we just found out he didn't do a thing

I payed this man alot of money. he didn't do a thing. he didn't prepare for court, he didn't remember anything about my case. couldn't even get our names right. he made inappropriate requests. told me " if you want me to work on your case, you'll have to make an appointment to come hang out with me." when I declined we suddenly couldn't get along anymore.
