    Denial of Petition to Intervene was reversed
    Description:
    I represented intervenors in a large, class action race discrimination lawsuit after they had been bumped from their jobs as a result of a proposed settlement. The District Judge refused to permit the intervention. We appealed and that order was reversed. Ultimately, the settlement agreement was modified and our clients were placed back into their positions.

    Description:
    In a lawsuit over property and business damages arising out of a diversion of the flow of surface water because of DOT's negligently designed storm drainage system, DOT tried to sue our client and others for allegedly contributing to the problem. The attempt was dismissed and the dismissal upheld on appeal.
