You do stand the risk of your wife being tuned away at the US boarder and her green card taken. I would suggest you make an appointment at the US Embassy in Switz. and discussing it with them. If your fiance came over on a visitors visa, we would suggest that you wait at least 60 to 90 days before getting married. Her intent expressed at immigration inspection is to visit and not get married. A presumtion of lying to immigration may arise if you do not wait at least 60days. I would then sugest you getting married in the US-do not leave- and then file an I-130- and I-485 to adjust her staus from non-immigrant to immigrant and recieve her conditonal green card.
