    Make sure your insurance carrier knows and they will handle everything. You shouldn't get a ticket at this point. You may be a part of a lawsuit but -again- your automobile insurance company should step in.

    Did you settle for policy limits? It depends on the injuries and coverages available. There are doctors who will treat after PIP even with no insurance.
