I have 3 acres with a house and a mobile home. I need to divide the land into 2 lots in order to refinance. How?

My question would be. Are you unable to refinance because you do not have clear title to this mobile home? Can you gain clear title to the mobile home? This may be a more cost effective way to resolve your issue than dividing the land. In order to divide the land, you would need to contact a surveyor to find out how you can subdivide that would be allowable under your county and city ordinances and also take into account the location of any septic systems.
