I have a civil case filed against me from target national bank. What can I do?

In Georgia, you generally have thirty days from the date you were served with the lawsuit to file an answer with the Court. The Summons you received should explain all of this. You must also send a copy of your Answer to the opposing party's attorney. The Answer would contain your responses (admissions or denials) to the Bank's lawsuit allegations.
