It sounds like you got a really bad result from before. My bet is that you got there without having hired an attorney. Don't make the same mistake again -- hire an attorney! Good luck!

It's not fair is it? Your baby has her own life now, she's almost all grown up. I'd just accept this as a fact of her growing up. Maybe you could take a few days off to go visit her? Sorry!

Find an attorney IMMEDIATELY! You can't just agree to change custody and have it be legally binding! Many times the other parent changes his r her mind, especially when the pars are filed, but you need to risk it and hope that a judge sees how strong a case you have. Good luck!

Here's a point. How were you injured? Because the officer reached into your house? He can use force to arrest you and the arrest was legal because of the warrant. I just don't see an injury, certainly not one paying an attorney to look into for you. Sorry!

How horrible! It is really not possible to answer your question on the Internet. For one thing, you need to get all the medical records for your attorney to review. Please speak with an attorney in person and considering hiring one. Hopefully, your baby will recover so well, this will just be a passing nightmare.
