He helped my husband and I to enforce our legal documents of purchase on our home. The seller was trying to get over on my husband and I believing that because of my husband's knowledge of very little English, he was going to be able to take our money and live happily ever after, but because of the... knowledge that my husband does have he saved every single receipt, and every transaction they did, my husband made sure that he left a paper trail little did the crook know we had Mr Wallace up on every thing that was going on, and he was diligent until the end, never once did he say "do you have the money? " or, "are you sure that you can pay me? " he was also very patient and the price he charged us was more than fair. If you need legal representation/advice you'll be doing yourself a great favor by hiring Mr Wallace. He has a great secretary too, Linda, who is very nice, respectful, and pleasant.
