    Sam’s Answer

You should try to reconnect with the attorney, if at all possible. Keep trying to reach him/her. Email, fax & write the attorney. Go by the attorney's office if necessary. I'd say reserve judgment until you are able to find out what is going on. If the attorney is non-responsive, well, that's not right or responsible on the part of the attorney. However, there may be something going on with the attorney. Take a deep breath & be reasonably patient. Best wishes.

That is awful. I am so sorry. You r son needs both legal & medical help...An attorney who will walk him & you through the process. It's very likely that your son has a claim. The first step is to call an attorney to discuss the case. One that is empathetic & will take decisive & deliberate action on behalf of your son. I hope your son heals quickly. Sam’s Answer

What a nightmare. I am sorry that this happened to you. Yes, you can most likely sue her. The insurance coverage would need to be sorted out first, which is an easy process. You need an attorney that handles these type of cases, is familiar either professionally and/or personally with back injuries & one that is prepared to try the case, if necessary. I'd recommend trying to find someone who is attentive, empathetic & assertive. Best wishes & I hope you feel better. :-)
