During the course of the divorce proceeding, the child was secretly transported to the Defendant’s parent’s home in Miami, Florida. Attorney Villanueva was able to successfully file a contempt action and requested the court and was granted a temporary child custody order allowing the plaintiff client to travel to Florida with the assistance of Miami police to obtain the child from the Defendant’s parents home in Miami.
