Medical malpractice issues are complex and very intimidating for anyone who has lost a loved one due to infelicitous circumstances. When I initially brought my case to Frank Ilardi, he willingly listened to my story. After our discussion, he promised that he would do whatever was necessary to get to the bottom of this hardship. Frank eagerly followed through on that commitment.

Throughout the discovery and litigation process, Frank was persistent in keeping me informed with his legal teams' progress. He was readily available to answer any questions that I had. Frank was sensitive to the nature of the case and gave insightful information throughout the process.

Frank has gone above and beyond sifting through complex, medical records and information to methodically assemble a world class team to support this case.

If you are looking for a candid, astute, top-notch, medical malpractice attorney, I would strongly recommend Frank Ilardi.

  • Caps on noneconomic damages unlawful (per arbitration agreement)

Did not take the time to understand the very issues he won concerning caps on non-economic damages. I was told that the case was to old, however there was no dead-lines missed by me concerning filing the complaint. This lawyer do not want to put any effort in addressing the case nor issues raised by me, when the issues are the same in NESTLEHUTT. I addressed an issue concerning whether an expert affidavit had to be filed concerning breach of fiduciary duty/breach of contract concerning the nursing home, this lawyer act asthough he never heard that an affidavit did not have to be filed when claiming breach of fiduciary duty/breach of contract, also the issue was raised concern nursing home fraud, and again this claim/issue did not have to have an affidavit, and again this lawyer acted asthough he had no clue or simply refused to hear what I was saying. I don't understand that a case can be exactly like that of NESTLEHUTT inwhich this lawyer won, but refuse to understand the same claim when asked by me. Hopefully, this is not a black or white thing, and I say this because how can you explain this lawyer's action or non actions. One would be rather be told that the firm refuse the case, rather than pretend that you have no understandings of the claims. No medical records was requested by this attorney to review the case, nor the information concerning the filings of the complaint was requested, so how can this lawyer make a proper determination as to the claims/issues? There are no open and shut cases anymore, some work have to be done. The reward is the work put in.
