I had the pleasure of meeting and having Jeffrey represent me on a matter during 2007. It immediately was very clear that Jeffrey had a very strong grasp of the legal issues and brought my lagal issue to a quick closein a very benefical way. Professionalism not withstanding, I have always had the impression that Jeffrey truly cares about hos clients and as a result, is an excellent attorney to have as a representative.

Jeff Lutz represented me in a business dispute during the summer of 2008. He was very attentive to the issues involved in the dispute and provided the legal advice that turned out to be spot-on on every issue. Through the process, I developed an unsurpassed level of trust for Mr. Lutz. I would highly recommend him for clients looking for grade A professionalism and very personalized service. He exceeds expectations.

Jeff comes very prepared. He always has a game plan. He always fights, supports his client. His goal is always to win his case, hands down without compromise.

He knows law and implements from that knowledge. He is very aware of what he can do, and what will win the decision for his client. He studies the evidence.

An example of his thoroughness in my case is that he asked the Magistrate Court to rule on a motion that the defensive attorney had a confict of interest with the case. He asked for his dismisal based on the fact that he had to testify on behalf of his client;s defense.

Jeff told me that the consequences from the bench would not be favorable. He asked me if I would support his decision and I affirmed Jeff's way.

Jeff never has said to me we can't do that. He always asks my opinion. He is very, very savy and such a great asset to the law industry.. I have a great deal of respect for his character , his perseverance, and determination. He has a great passion for his work.
