There are ways of handling your case so you will not end up with a conviction. If this is your first offense you will most likely qualify for a diversion program which, upon successful completion, will dismiss the charges against you and remove the arrest from your record. If this is not your first offense you should have other options available to you which will help you avoid a conviction.

    James’s Answer

Just make sure money, or other things of value, do not change hands. Perhaps have her sign a waiver beforehand stating that money will not exchange hands, that she is not a prostitute, you're not her pimp, and all of this is for entertainment purposes only. I'd advise against doing anything with this woman, but if you choose to do so protect yourself the best you can. Who knows...maybe she will have her own handcuffs. Just be careful.
