Converting to a Ch.7 from a Ch.13 keeps the same case number and filing date, only you get a discharge date of about 4 months after...

You can always change employment without seeking approval beforehand regardless of the status of a case filed or to be filed, Ch7 or Ch13.

You can file a Chapter 13 to stop a foreclosure irrespective of having filed a Chapter 7 and without regard to time passage since Chapter 7...
