Our law firm had an issues with someone stealing vital content we used for our search engines. We had Tom address this issue and he was given discretion on how to proceed.
Tom addressed the issue via certified letter and we received a response from would be opposition with apologies, admissions, and statements of embarrassment. It was clear from this is the effect Tom's letter had on our copyright issues and the persons/entity copying our SEO content.
Do not hesitate to use Tom for any copyright issues you may have. He is knowledgeable and professional. Nevertheless, it was obvious Tom has the tenacious character to stand behind his client and argue copyright issues, which are not always so clear.
