I am so sorry for your loss. You probably don't have a claim against SSA. It sounds like your mother applied for Social Security Disability benefits, was examined by one of their doctors, and then she was denied Social Security benefits. They were examining her only to see if her conditions met a Listing and what she was able to do. They weren't treating her.
