  • What happens with a battery charge for a juvenile when she goes to court?

    My daughter recently has gotten into a fight , the police charged her with battery . she has to go to court . what happens then ?

    It depends on a lot of factors. Has your daughter ever been in trouble with the law before? Was she charged strictly with battery? When she goes to court, she will have to decide if she wants to admit to the charge or if she wants to deny the charge. If she denies, then she would be given the opportunity to have a trial.
