Do not be impressed by the Mensa Membership because where she is heavy in brains, she is horrible in business. She was hard to get in touch with, her offic...e had poor communication and had high turnover. The billing system is done by hand and is extremely slow so you end up running up a big bill but not even knowing it because you can not ever get them to send you a bill. Please...save yourself some headache...go with a different firm. During your time of stress you need someone that has it together. And Tanya definitely does not have it together.
