Description: A former police officer had been in a domestic dispute with his ex-wife and her new boyfriend. He left the scene and went to dinner. When he was on his way home and pulled into the neighborhood, the police were waiting on him and had been told that he was drunk. He had been drinking, but was not impaired. He refused all tests. Verdict was not guilty.
