What happens when a wrongful death claim occured and settled in GA must be probated in Florida?

I was hit head on by a car traveling the opposite direction...but that driver says he was pushed by a hit and run

You do have a case. The question is against whom. You may have a case against the driver, and you may have a case against the hit and run driver which would be pursued against your uninsured/underinsured insurance carrier.
