Bern handled my uncontested divorce and 4 months later, I had to hire him to file Ch. 7.
He made 2 of my most important decisions..from a legal standpoint..easy and as comfortable as possible.He kept me informed, was always available and worked to get everything done in a professional way. Bern is very knowledgeable in his areas of practice. He even works to meet on your schedule.
If any other legal matters arise that he can assist me with, I will use his services again. If I need legal assistance that he doesn't handle, he will be who I call for referrals to other lawyers.

Professional is the one word that comes to mind when I think of the service rendered.
Always easy to contact, patient I never felt rushed also the payment plan really helped
me get the services needed without going broke in the process. Basically I showed up
at his office with a huge problem and walked out feeling back in control thank you Mr. Stittleburg and thanks to my friend annette for the reference................ TWO THUMBS UP FOR THIS LAW FIRM

I was referred to Bernd by a friend and was very pleased with his service. We had met with other attorney's but they were insensitive and rude but not Bernd. He didn't judge, he was helpful, and insightful. He provided continued support before and after our filing and was very helpful throughout. We've referred him to several others who all had great experiences as well.

I would highly recommend Mr. Stittleburg as an attorney, specifically, with bankruptcy filings. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He also returns phone calls/e-mails promptly. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Mr. Stittleburg took on my bankruptcy case, spelled it out for me in language that I could easily understand, held my hand every step of the way, and turned what could have been a nightmare for me personally, into a situation that I could deal with. My Chapter 13 has been paid off and the relief is enormous! Would not think about having another attorney and I recommend him highly!
