    Your child need to know who is family, even if you do not like it. You can not blame the grandparents for the conduct of the child's father. If you continue this kind of conduct, only the will suffer.

    There is no financial aid for this type of matter. I would suggest you petition the court to be the executor and if appointed you make sell assets of the estate to financial the matter.
