About me

I practice all aspects of aviation law including litigation, regulatory and land use/zoning.  I handle matters for major air carriers, manufacturers, FBOs, aviation insurers and small operators. I also defend pilots, mechanics and corporations in FAA Enforcement  actions througout the country. I have worked on a number of complex land use development and zoning matters in close proximity to airports.
