I am not the usual kind of lawyer. I am more the old fashioned "counselor" who becomes your advisor over time whom you are welcome to call most any time with an important question. I bill extremely conservatively, for instance, many lawyers have a minimum .25 hour or 1/4 hour for the most minor communication, using the rationale, well, I get the voice mail, open the file, make a notation, return the call, leave message, make a notation....takes about 15 minutes. My minimum billing time is .05, which is three minutes. I type about 100 words per minute, so I type all my phone messages, and keep track of important tax deadlines for you.
I believe in second opinions. I believe that just as you would check with three contractors for bids on your home, you should interview multiple professionals (attorney, cpa, other expert) and make absolutely sure you are getting your money's worth.
I am easily accessible and over the years, I am pleased to have reciprocated my clients' trust by using their services, such as painting, landscaping, and other trade services.
I am a serious button pusher. If it needs to be done, I don't stop until it is. If that means we work on your case after church on Sunday or late into the night, whatever it takes to get the job done on time.
